Testing my two C84s

After careful checking of all components, these are the measurements I have (both perform the same). They are not the values as specified in the instructions and so I am looking for any advice. Debugging tips, etc.

C84 (x2) Revision 1.9.1

R8 & R9 Junction = 10.21
U1 Pin 4 = 18.00
U1 Pin 8 = 18.00 (one of these two is negative, I forget which).
L3 & L4 = Range from 0.049 - 0.054
R29 - 0.02
R30 = 0.05

A little at a loss to know whether this is ok. From reading other posts by Tim, I saw that R29, R30 should be 0V. Sad
